I wanted to get a target painter BPO. There's none on the market or escrow in Kor-Azor. The item database entry for the BPO says the only NPC seller is Republic Fleet. Does that mean I have to trek over to Heimatar or Metropolis in order to buy one?

Hm, I am not sure about specific bpo's, but t1 blueprints should be found under the market tab, make sure you check the whole region.

Kor-Azor and Khanid have rather limited (and often overpriced) markets compared to what you'll find in regions with good trade hubs.

If there's really nothing in Kor-Azor or it's too expensive, then run up to Amarr and see what's on the market there ... or even just ask if anyone lurking in the F13 channel has a spare target painter.

I've been buying them for 15-20k each like a sucker so if we do have a bpo/bpc somebody needs to tell me.  :-P

I pick lots of these up running missions.  They're not named, but I'll hold onto them instead of recycling if anyone wants them, just send me an Evemail.

I was hoping to sell them to suckers in Kor-Azor for two or three times what they cost as well as generate a few for the corp. I checked the Neesher hangar; no target painter BP.
