Well apparently, Ryan, the comic's creator, has a public art project (http://www.qwantz.com/posterchild/) every bit worthy of Shepard Fairey.
I'm tempted to put one up myself, except for the whole "living in DC so everything is a federal offense" deal. Back home, perhaps. Then they should shrink to fit your pocket so you can collect 99 of them. On the 100th coin, you should gain an extra life for those times you step off a ledge into molten lava.
