I have decided that this July, when we move, I'll find the unpacked boxes of games that I've never opened, put them into one huge box and sell them on Ebay.  I reckon I'll stick a reserve of $5K on them and advertise it as "Variety of 100+ plus games for various platforms. (PC, Xbox, Mac, PS, PS2, Commodore 64, Amiga, etc...)  Boxes never opened, most in mint condition.  (By "mint" 99% never been hardly ever squashed.  Mostly.)

Maybe it'll go like that Jesus ham sandwich with one bite out of it that some Casino bought fo 10K.   You never know.  I could become briefly rich.  This is better than whatsisname's stock market get rich quick scheme, no?  I mean his plan was just daft, right? 

Schild will be angry because I normally mail him all the shit I find in my house that usually goes in the dumpster.   :-D

As an irregular eBay seller, I can attest that pictures help sell your wares. Just an fyi. $5k sounds like a stretch, too.

Well, I could take a few pics and post them as a teaser.  A pic of my Leather Goddess of Phobos or something should do.  I even have an unopened box of AC2... surely that'll be worth something someday, no?  I think that 5K wouldn't seem like so much if I could find some way to tie them in with Jesus.

If you just put a boob or two in the pictures, you'll get $5k with no trouble.

Your best bet is to make a list of the games and post them. Not so we can laugh at your misfortune but there are very few game collections worth $5,000. You've got to have 3-400 games in there. I know, for a fact, you do not have 100 copies of Valkyrie Profile. Or Rez. Or Radiant Silvergun. Or 100 of any game that's actually going to net that mauch. Just out of my head I can say there's less than 40 PS1 games that'll get more than $10 predictably, less than 50 PS2 games that'll get that much, and from there the list just gets smaller and smaller - less than 15 gamecube, less than 10 xbox, etc. etc. As for last generation, I think there are about 8-10 N64 games and maybe 5 or 6 Dreamcast games that go for their weight in dollars and maybe a handful that get more. It's not an easy sale.
