It looks like previous mobile Elder Scrolls titles were first person perspective. I wonder why they switched to the UO look and playstyle. If I had to wager a guess, I'm thinking it was too difficult to control the first person perspective gameplay, but I could be wrong. I've never played any of them on a mobile phone and indeed was not even aware that these existed. Neat idea. It is cool that they decided to stick with the current Oblivion happenings (Oblivion Gate and whatnot) in the mobile game, but I wonder how much of the main quest and story is identical. I would assume it all is. So the good is that you can play on the go. The bad is that it is a spoiler for the PC version if the quests and story are the same. Overall, looks pretty cool as cell phone games go.

Uh ... lolz3rz?

No, really, it looks OK.  Not something I think I will want to play, assuming it would even work on Ye Olde Blackeberrie.  I'll just file this under "it gives BethSoft moneys" and go about my business.  That business being "waiting on TESIV for PC".

I can't see it containing more than a fraction of the "big" TESIV, so would spoilers be an issue?  Especially since a walkthrough will be available on March 23?

I think it is just a dungeon romp.

Quote
  • Set within Tamriel's capital province, Cyrodiil, you’ll journey through cities, lairs, and caverns.
  • Explore 12 dungeon levels with multiple side quests in a detailed fantasy setting.
