Title: Slobodan Milosevic is dead. Post by: schild on March 11, 2006, 04:28:27 AM Quote BELGRADE, Serbia-Montenegro -- Slobodan Milosevic, the former Yugoslav leader on trial for alleged war crimes, was found dead in his prison cell at the U.N. tribunal in The Hague, Belgrade's B-92 and Serbia's state radio said Saturday. He was 65. A U.N. war crimes prosecution official in the Dutch capital, speaking on condition of anonymity because she was not authorized to speak to the media, confirmed the report to The Associated Press. I'd put this in politics, but he doesn't deserve it. Edit: Also, I caught this fast enough that only one newspaper had reported it aside from the AP, and they made a piss poor spelling error. See if you can find it: "Report: Former Yugoslav leaeder Milosevic dies" Title: Re: Slobodan Milosevic is dead. Post by: Soln on March 11, 2006, 05:08:38 AM too bad he didn't make it to sentencing

I hope he burns in hell, fucking douchebag. Title: Re: Slobodan Milosevic is dead. Post by: Murgos on March 13, 2006, 08:39:38 AM This should be required reading in any critical thinking course as an absolutely perfect example of the form:

Yes, I'm copying the link from corp but I thought it was worth spreading around. Title: Re: Slobodan Milosevic is dead. Post by: Wolf on March 14, 2006, 11:58:01 PM When I heard about this I was sitting at a table at lunch with several Bosnians. One of them gets an SMS, takes out his phone, reads it and starts shouting and dancing around and showing it to the others. They started huging each other and dancing and singing and shit. I asked if he won the lottery or something and he said that Milosevic died (his exact words went something like FUCK HIS MOTHER SLOBODAN MILOSEVIC DIED. FUCK HIS FAMILY AND HIS GOD FUCK). That same evening they got drunk. I don't think I've ever seen a person that drunk :)
