Title: semi passive shield tank moa Post by: hal on January 30, 2006, 05:31:19 PM it the same thought as gimpys post i propose my next build for your thoughts. this is a tank build a semi passive shield tank moa.
high : 4 x 250 hi bird rail ,2 x assult launcher (small missiles) Med : 1 invulnerability field , 1 em hardener 2 X large shield extenders Low 4 X pdu, i may try 3 pdu 1 shield relay etc Im calculating 7k shield with em 68%, exp 76%, kin64%, therm 52% Im a few days from the skills that would let me mount the guns, it looks like a stout cruiser to me. Please comment i love this outfitting mini game here but I am a stinking noob Title: Re: semi passive shield tank moa Post by: 5150 on January 31, 2006, 01:35:35 AM The Moa is the only Caldari cruiser I dont own [yet] so I dont have any direct experience, but I tend to like having a shield booster on my builds (although I havent got around to doing any hard math to see if I'm gimping myself doing this and would be better off fitting more hardeners/extenders)
Your build is however almost identical to one a corp mate got advised to use yesterday (the difference being that it had 1 assault and 1 stadard missile - dont ask me why though, probably fitting restraints) I did read yesterday (and I havent done the math for this either) that fitting extenders is 'better' then fitting a recharger (not that you have a recharger) |
