I never understood why women like Pamela Anderson, Melanie Griffith, Lindsay Lohan etc. would voluntarily make themselves uglier by plastic surgery. I have never met or seen a single woman who got prettier by extensive plastic surgery, they just tend to look more like caricatures of women. Hollywood movies are moving closer to porn when the looks of women are concerned. Rubber lips, silicone breasts, blonde hair and anorexic physique are en vogue even though it puts most people off. There are plenty of attractive fake noses, lips, breasts, calves, etc etc out there. They just don't look fake.
