Traci Tapp, 28, of Atco, has been suspended with pay since March. She is charged with one count of sexual assault, two counts of aggravated criminal sexual contact and three counts of official misconduct. If convicted on all counts, she could face a maximum of 50 years in prison. The case is expected to go before an Atlantic County grand jury next month. Evesham police are investigating a harassing telephone call placed recently to the home of one of Tapp's relatives. No complaints have been filed related to that matter, police Capt. Jeff Gural said. Tapp, who played soccer while attending Cherokee High School, was hired as a physical education/health education teacher at Hammonton High School in January 2001. She also served as head coach of the girls' soccer team. The school board suspended Tapp when allegations of her misconduct came to light. Tapp fondled a 17-year-old student whom she invited to her office at the high school in early 2001, Atlantic County Prosecutor Jeffrey Blitz said. In June of that year, she invited another 17-year-old to her home and he engaged in sexual acts at her direction, Blitz said. Tapp also invited a 16-year-old student to her home in 2003, and they engaged in multiple acts of sexual intercourse, Blitz said. Well, obviously she should go to jail for 50 years. To protect teh childrens. (Assume this statement was in whatever color is appropriate)
There was an article in the Vancouver Province the other day about a Mom suing the RCMP, because her daughter died after her truck was hit by a stolen car that the police were chasing. Somewhere buried in the article was a brief mention that the kid driving the stolen car got 19 months in jail for killing the girl. 19 months. So, obviously its very important that we all have our priorities right and make sure we put this PE teacher away for the rest of her life. Fuck does the world irritate me some times. If the boys did not want to have sex with her (prompting the charges of sexual assault), then I guess they won't be hero-studs after all.
