The mother bought the group beer and alcoholic lemonade and was with them in the hotel room when the sexual activity occurred. Rape charges against the men are still pending. The woman had told detectives when she was arrested that she was hoping to curb the girls' obsession with sex. She said it was time for the girls to "have sex and get it over with." The woman's husband has filed for divorce, and she has been allowed no contact with her daughter. The woman has been held without bail at the jail since her arrest on April 15. The other three cases (two criminal and the divorce) will bring it all out anyway in the publicly filed documents.
