Throwing urine is becoming less common in New York, the Plattsburgh Press-Republican reported. Since being classified a felony, incidents have dropped from 130 in 1995 to 21 in 2004. We have two prisons in my vicinity.
Add to that a nice welfare scam where they pretend residence in the city, then move up here (MUCH lower cost of living, but they still get the city bennies) to be close to their adorable felon. Our town is so nice these days as all the high tech labs close shop (thanks, Clinton) and our new immigrants are pee-tossers.
