Kerwin L. Summage, 38, was arrested Saturday on a long list of charges that included sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of children, pimping, bestiality and assault. According to police, detectives issued warrants for Summage and his longtime girlfriend, Melissa M. Brown, then 29, in October 2004, after officers seized graphic homemade movies involving illegal sex acts. Investigators said the tapes were made from January 2001 to July 2004. Court records show Summage previously was convicted of child molestation and cruelty to children in Cobb County, Ga. Those cases have been in appeals courts for years in Georgia.
