Title: Skip the EA "Challenge Everything" nonsense Post by: Miasma on July 22, 2005, 09:23:08 AM While looking up tips on what unlock to choose I found out that you can bypass the four unskipable EA/Dice/Legal/Welcome screens by going to (Your BF2 directory)\mods\bf2\Movies and moving Dice.bik, EA.bik, Legal.bik, Intro.bik and welcome.bik (everything but the two menus.bik) to some other folder.
This lets you go straight to the login. I don't typically mind logos being shown at the beginning of games but I get really pissy if they don't let me hit escape or click through them. But the correct way I was told to do it is just rename them in the folder so you don't get problems with punkbuster. I just prefixed all the files with a "1".
