Now I have a little popup that comes on randomly (it seems) asking me if I want to update something. By the time I catch it, it's gone. Have not tested it, though, since Fate is too much fun. I have not had any update popup or other shit, though, so maybe I only have the "kinder, gentler" WT binaries. Or maybe they are just less noticeable.

It helps sifting through all the little things (like invalid startup files) that Spybot doesn't always clean up.

I removed it with hijack this and Fate still worked though. The process that installed appeared in my firewall/monitor as "silent cda install", i dont like that type of thing. |
