Looks like we're getting a house in Gilbert "near" all the beautiful people. Big ass house, small ass price, big ass pool. More than that, we're staying at the Scottsdale resort while we're visiting and just found out on our second night that the ridiculously nice restaraunt and bar is 50% off (employee rate for friends and family). As such, HAMMERED. Kickass. Oh, Shockeye doesn't want to come to Gilbert to hang out because he's ants at a picnic (and it's a 45 minute drive). It'd be understandable if we didn't kick so much ass. We're now in a 3,000 sq ft. palatial estate at the edge of Chandler. It's freaking beautiful and like a year old. Seriously, it kicks ass. Anyway, that's that. I'll be out here in 2 weeks permanently with or w/o job. Yeeeee ha.

Are you out in that "5 lakes" kind of community between south gilbert and the old williams air force base (now chandler muni I think)? I almost bought a house there myself when I thought I was going to be assigned to Williams after pilot training...just love that town! Only in Pheonix though do the outdoor eating areas have mist-ers to keep people cool--I used to love to go to 6th street by the university and hang out at the fat tuesdays there drinking and watching all the co-eds! When I see someone having a "maid," I think of a constant-type deal. Bi-weekly or Monthly seems much more realistic.
