Steve Brown was scheduled to be in municipal court Thursday for a speeding ticket he received last month. He showed up wearing clown makeup, a red ball nose, a curly blue wig, a police uniform shirt and a toy badge. Several police officers warned Brown that Judge Stefanie Lorbiecki wouldn't take kindly to his attire and he would be arrested. After entering the courtroom, Brown was arrested without incident on complaints of contempt of court and obstructing a police officer. A jail official says Brown was sentenced to 10 days in jail, but was ordered Friday to undergo a mental evaluation.
