I think when we start having 8 person groups in the sewers this may be a useful tool. It will also be great for task forces so the leader can read what the mission giver is saying. Anyway, there's the info, comeon in.

Would I be insane to try and run TS with 56K?

As far as I know, TS is very 56k friendly. But I could be totally wrong, as I havent been on 56k for amost 7 years now.

Ok i go to the page that you have linked and log in I then go to the details page and click on the group i want to join . It then pops up the TP login window. In nick i put in DarkDryad and in the password I put in catass2victory. i then attempt to log in and it gives me a username/password incorrect error. I have tried it both with and without a nickname in the top block. I know this TS install works as I have used it to talk to SWG friends. Would it help to register? if so sign me up. any help on this would be great.

My bf1942 clan had a command line to put in the shortcut to TS2 that autoconnected and logged us onto the server, we should get something like that going here. I can go ask them how they did that or try to find it on their forum if you guys would like. It made life a lot easier imo.

username and password should be blank unless you have an account set up

nickname should be the name you want to use and "catass2victory" is the channel/server password.

Joined up on the teamspeak server, just wondering, should i set it to Voice Activation, or Push to talk, in the event i get my mic working?

Start with push to talk, so you dont give every one reverb or blast us out with your speaker sounds.

After you get used to it, give voice activation a try. It only really works well if you have headphones and a quite room, or you yell at the mic.

On weekends f13.net is absolutely dead. Just like Waterthread used to be. Traffic drops to about 40% as well. I figured having 5 updates on the frontpage in one weekend would make a difference. But since everyone bookmarks the fucking forums you'd never notice. Meh, pessimist. :p

I tend to not read on the weekends because it fucks up my cookies for when I really read, on Monday mornings. That and sitting in my computer chair at home really makes my back hurt, and if I'm going to do that, I want to do it playing CoH or reading BT'ed comics, since that's the stuff I can't do at work.

Interesting- I try not to read on the weekends for similar reasons. I am usually reading posts while playing poker or something, and thus can't give everything my full attention. I wait until the work week to do that =P

I don't have a work week. :(  Or friends in the US.  I just sit here, grow old, and wait for someone to say something interesting.  Sometimes I wait a very long time.  Presents always make me feel better, though.

Okay, my group on Freedom has been flaking lately, so I'd like to actually get together with you guys.  The only person I've seen so far is Souykan, but he left a little while after I got on.

Is the F13 CoH group pretty much defunct now?

There seems to be 5 or 6 'regulars' you can count on and a few more odds and ends around.  But, yeah, compared to the roster list it's defunct.

I am buried this week, so probably won't be on too often, but I usually play 2-3 nights during the week and some on the weekends.

Unfortunatel, due to having two Bugged Story Arc missions on my main, I wil likely be playing an alt or two for the near future untill this is fixed.

once I finallly settle on a name and powers, i am going to need someone to add me into the supergroup.
