White was charged with theft by failure to make required disposition, the sheriff's office said. Detective Carl Dover said White also sold material from libraries in Hamilton and Perry counties in Ohio and Kenton, Campbell, Pendleton, Jessamine, Madison, Scott, Woodford, Franklin, and Fayette counties in Kentucky. White used his real name when applying for a library card but provided a fictitious address, Dover said. |
