Cottonwood police say 51-year old Floyd Lynn Mcauliff is accused of inappropriately rubbing up against the girls while helping them into a carnival ride Saturday evening. Police say the two girls don't know one another and they weren't together at the time of the alleged assaults. One of the girls returned to the fairgrounds with police to ID the suspect. Once at the Cottonwood jail, a struggle broke out and Mcauliff had to be subdued with a Taser gun. He was booked for investigation of child molestation, aggravated assault on a police officer and drug possession. I wish there was video of the carnie tasering.
