Police in the normally quiet, rural community are still trying to piece together this crime. Lt. William Bath, of the Waynesburg police, said the man was shot in his bed at about 8:30 a.m. Police now have two people in custody, a man and a juvenile. Police will not release the names of the suspects because no charges have been filed yet. Police believe the boy is the stepson of the adult suspect. Police believe the adult suspect is the one who actually shot the arrow from a compound bow. The victim was hit in the collarbone by the arrow. The doctors were able to successfully remove the arrow, and he is now in stable condition at Aultman Hospital. Police are still questioning the two suspects.
