Man Convicted Of Faking Contest, Luring Males To Home (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=324&e=2&u=/kgtv/20050331/lo_wrtv/2650340)

An Indianapolis man was convicted Wednesday of charges that he pretended to be a radio personality in part to get people to remove their clothes.

A jury found Richard Brown, who was 40 when he was arrested in connection with the scam on July 29, guilty of three felony counts each of criminal confinement and identity deception.

Authorities said Brown, pretending to be a staff member of WNOU, 93.1 FM (RadioNow), called males and told them to come to his Fletcher Street home for a chance to win a new car or $50,000.

Once they got to the home, Brown told them to remove their clothing and do various other things, police said. Brown was on home detention at the time for a recent criminal confinement conviction, officials said.

Police said Brown was arrested after people called the radio station to complain. Information on when he will be sentenced wasn't immediately available.

Genius. I may need to try this near a college campus.

Oh, and with women. Not sure a sausage fest is worth jailtime.

At what point do you think, yeah a radio contest at a random person's house, off the air, with a bunch of other naked guys, and we win a free Buggati Sexerosa? Wow, that's totally legit, I'm in.

But it would be okay without the jailtime?
