Police found the car about 1 mile away, with the man sitting in the back seat not far from his home in Boe, on the Vesteraalen Islands off northwestern Norway. He had realized that the car wasn't his, the report said. Its .08 where I live and for me that translates to about 3 drinks over 1 hour after dinner (I'm big person in a good shape). .02 will be less than a drink an hour for most people. |
