One of the people arrested today, Geneva Burrell, 27, of Swissvale, was the manager for herself and two other women hired to perform Feb. 20 at a house in the 8600 block of Westwood Road, according to an affidavit filed by Allegheny County police. The clients balked at paying $200 because one of the dancers did not have a large chest, the document stated. Chaoe Davis and T.C. Lyerly were shot and killed. A third man was wounded. Police were to release more details at a press conference today. Police said they have made three arrests, including Burrell, and are searching for a fourth suspect.
