Title: Steam guru needed. Post by: Pennilenko on January 24, 2015, 01:22:58 PM My current dilemma with steam is that it only seems to recommend games for me that are free to play. Even though the only free to play I have through steam is path of exile. I hate 99% of free to play games.
Is there anyway for me to edit the tags that get recommended to me? I have looked and failed to find anyway to customize recommendations to me. It is possible that I am retarded and missing something right in front of my face. Title: Re: Steam guru needed. Post by: schild on January 24, 2015, 01:30:23 PM Alas, no.
Title: Re: Steam guru needed. Post by: Hawkbit on January 24, 2015, 01:34:34 PM I've stopped trying to look for things in Steam all together. I use my wishlist or https://steamdb.info/sales/ to browse. Their current iteration of personalization needs work.

I use my wishlist or https://steamdb.info/sales/ to browse. Their current iteration of personalization needs work. I love it, the whole new look and management is absolutely fantastic. Not only do I not spend money on games I will never have time to play and games that I would play, I also don't waste time browsing the Steam store page because it's not intuitive and TBH, shows me nothing that I actually want. As a result I have more money - thanks Gabe :) |
