Police said Jimmy Shofner, 39, was charged with felonious photographing without permission after the customer he was trying to photograph saw the camcorder moving around and reported it to salon and police. Shofner told police he simply wanted "to see a naked lady." But that didn't work out for Shofner, police said, because the customer in the adjacent tanning salon was a man instead of a woman.
