Was that the indie game package with Trine 2 or the old shooter package? I know the shooters had Steam codes but didn't see any for the others. You can still play with LE though, you'll just be missing three teams. As it happens, I wouldn't recommend any of those three teams for a new player. You won't miss the other teams unless you get very keen, in which case the full version is a bargain at any price.
