Title: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: schild on October 26, 2012, 12:15:16 PM My life is currently a fucking chaotic train wreck and my intention with grief titles is to go through everyone's post history and pick something both topical and completely rude or completely awesome whatever the case may be.
However, right now the company I'm working for is falling apart at the seams (boo) and I recently got engaged (yay) but the combination of the two things has left me with a scant hour or two a day to myself. I wanted to get it done this week but I just found out yesterday the funding situation for the company I'm with and it pushed it off. I promise I will get this done as soon as humanly possible (as I expect it to take 2-3 days based on the number of posts some of you fuckers have). Next time, I will set aside time far in advance for something like this so I can just request it off work/disappear to get it done. I assure you, you will get these grief titles before I get my copy of Dice Age from Kickstarter. For those of you that paid to name yourselves, I'll dig through shit this weekend. To those of you that are completely impatient about griefing: (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/39720/animated%20gifs/zmbrt.gif) Griefing is not on your watch. Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Signe on October 26, 2012, 12:27:16 PM Are those the BeeGees?

Staring. :ye_gods: Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Hawkbit on October 26, 2012, 02:08:10 PM I didn't pay for the title; I paid to help the community. Gotta support us! If F13 goes away, it's back to the MAOI online support groups for us all. This place doesn't run without the mods and you, so take care of yourself and the titles will still be there tomorrow or two years from now.
Congratulations on the engagement and, well, good luck (?) on the work situation. Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Hutch on October 26, 2012, 02:57:05 PM I contributed [an amount less than $50], so as to specifically avoid a grief title.
Deal with that :why_so_serious: Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Chimpy on October 26, 2012, 03:28:51 PM I am wishing now I had paid for the "Grief someone else" title instead of the "grief myself" one as I can't for the life of me think of one.
Maybe I should ask that Hutch get a schild-made grief title and forfeit my self made one  Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Khaldun on October 26, 2012, 03:58:15 PM I paid for the free toaster or tote bag, when is that coming?
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: WayAbvPar on October 26, 2012, 06:45:54 PM As soon as you get a tattoo of the gif up there. Hell, I will include both for that.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Johny Cee on October 26, 2012, 07:31:51 PM My life is currently a fucking chaotic train wreck Do I need to finally finish putting together your next care package of MTG cards? Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: ghost on October 26, 2012, 07:32:17 PM Are those the BeeGees? I would love to know what it's from. The rest has to be fabulous. Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: ezrast on October 27, 2012, 06:58:55 AM I contributed [an amount less than $50], so as to specifically avoid a grief title. And I thought I was the only one. *nondescript-five*Deal with that :why_so_serious: Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Sir T on October 27, 2012, 09:03:17 AM I didn't know there was enough Rohypnol in the world to last long enough to get you engaged.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: rattran on October 27, 2012, 04:03:26 PM Don't be a dickbag, Dickbag.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: ghost on October 27, 2012, 04:58:03 PM I think it's worth asking what, pray tell, are you doing now that you weren't already doing before, concerning said ladyfriend, that is taking up so much of your time?
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: taolurker on October 27, 2012, 08:18:16 PM I would probably guess either planning said wedding, or seeking consolation because of job situation. (or both)
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Surlyboi on October 27, 2012, 09:51:22 PM Don't be a dickbag, Dickbag. Oh come on, it was funny. Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Ingmar on October 27, 2012, 09:56:42 PM Yeah, rape jokes, always a laugh. :oh_i_see:
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Teleku on October 27, 2012, 10:16:25 PM Didn't we already have this conversation. :awesome_for_real:
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Surlyboi on October 27, 2012, 10:17:33 PM Not so much the rape jokes, and you know how I feel about that shit, but the fact that anyone would want to marry Schild. Hell, that anyone would would want to marry me.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: schild on October 27, 2012, 11:26:31 PM Can't quote from this iPad. Ghost, I want to get everyone's inputted at the same-ish time and a lot of folks gave $50. It's just going to take a big chunk of time to get done.
As for the rohypnol jab, eh whatever. It's Sir T. The nicest thing I could call him is a gibbering nitwit with a remedial sense of humor. Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Furiously on October 28, 2012, 12:10:16 AM I hope the job situation improves for you. Also grats on the pending nuptials.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Signe on October 28, 2012, 02:17:06 AM I don't need anything done, thank you. I've been done enough around here the last what? Decade or so? Long enough for Schild to go from snarky little boy to snarky married man. :ye_gods: I'm older than I thought I was!
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Sir T on October 28, 2012, 05:47:43 AM As for the rohypnol jab, eh whatever. It's Sir T. The nicest thing I could call him is a gibbering nitwit with a remedial sense of humor. Yeah but why focus on my good points? Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Soln on October 28, 2012, 10:24:35 AM I 'm still amused at the idea of people getting huffy over grief titles. F13: Late delivery and poor customer service - would not shop again. :why_so_serious:
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Miasma on October 28, 2012, 10:29:25 AM I'm betting that if the grief titles are accurate and hit close to home at least half of the people will ask to have it removed once applied.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: schild on October 28, 2012, 12:30:35 PM :awesome_for_real:
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: ghost on October 28, 2012, 06:04:42 PM People are getting huffy about grief titles? That seems odd.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Rendakor on October 28, 2012, 06:30:13 PM Well when we do another donation drive in 2 years, maybe people will be able to pay to remove their grief titles.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Quinton on October 28, 2012, 07:37:41 PM Well when we do another donation drive in 2 years, maybe people will be able to pay to remove their grief titles. Yeah, I figured that this was a clever move by Schild to ensure that people who participated this time around have a good reason to participate next time... ^^ Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Sjofn on October 28, 2012, 08:21:58 PM Yeah, rape jokes, always a laugh. :oh_i_see: Shit, I want to change my grief title for you to "Loves Rape Jokes." (not really) Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: dusematic on October 28, 2012, 09:08:44 PM I will tell horror stories to my grandchildren about a dark and distant past they can scarcely fathom where grief-titles were hard-won through persistent douchebaggery rather than cash.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: schild on October 28, 2012, 09:14:05 PM Or in your case, cash. Just to another company.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: dusematic on October 28, 2012, 09:17:21 PM Or in your case, cash. Just to another company. Yeah, I guess I was pretty ahead of my time. Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: schild on November 07, 2012, 10:44:40 AM AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND my company imploded. Idiots.
Time to polish up the 'ol resume. Yeeeeeehaw. Bright side: Leaves me with time to do the griefing. Puts me in the right mood too. Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Signe on November 07, 2012, 10:57:47 AM I'm sorry. :heartbreak:
Yay! I'm conflicted. :ye_gods: Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Paelos on November 07, 2012, 11:04:31 AM At least you saw it coming.

Bright side: Leaves me with time to do the griefing. Puts me in the right mood too. Bleh. Being unemployed 2 years ago, yeah... sorry to hear because it sucks. But I shall not spoil the mood. :oh_i_see: Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Yegolev on November 07, 2012, 12:50:56 PM Why is the resume not already polished? Anyway, lots of jobs out there but good luck finding one you like.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: schild on November 07, 2012, 03:31:52 PM Ghost: Yup. No plans to leave.
Yegolev: I always do a spit shine while unemployed. Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Signe on November 07, 2012, 03:45:17 PM I think you should become a textile designer. But no one ever listens to me!

Well played, sir. Also, sorry to hear it schild. More time for drinking the tears of M13 and RTR limited players though? Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Draegan on November 08, 2012, 07:59:17 AM Congrats on the engagement!
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: apocrypha on November 08, 2012, 10:47:10 AM I'm not sure how I've never seen that avatar before, but it's by far my favorite one. Well played, sir. Only switched to it a couple of days ago and haven't posted much since :) Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Der Helm on November 08, 2012, 12:44:54 PM I've been done enough around here the last what? Decade or so? Thank you so much. :awesome_for_real: :heart:Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: ghost on November 08, 2012, 01:48:45 PM What the fuck is your creepy ass avatar, Helm?

It's the Joker version of Overly Attached Girlfriend:http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/overly-attached-girlfriend Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Ingmar on November 08, 2012, 01:59:39 PM (I'd hit it.)
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Signe on November 08, 2012, 02:02:20 PM Marilyn Manson has really tall feet.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: RhyssaFireheart on November 08, 2012, 02:05:00 PM (I'd hit it.) There's something mildly disturbing about a male posting he'd do some woman in a picture and saying that on a forum his wife also posts. But only mildly. And I'd offer up my generic title for griefing in order to relieve work related aggression, but I didn't donate this year. Although I supposed I still do, but I don't want to fund the staff's hooker habit. I'm picky. Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Ingmar on November 08, 2012, 02:09:27 PM It's not the sort of thing I'd say anywhere where she couldn't glare at me over it, really.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Sjofn on November 08, 2012, 03:07:24 PM Lord knows it's not like I keep my various crushes on completely inappropriate people (Joe Biden ) a secret or anything.
Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: ghost on November 08, 2012, 04:56:32 PM (I'd hit it.) Totally. Well, in non-joker form. It's amazing how much internet exists that I have no idea about. Title: Re: Donation Drive Griefing Post by: Der Helm on November 08, 2012, 05:15:58 PM Funny enough I tried to use an animated gif, but this is what came out. I liked it, learned to love it and so I kept it.
