Small chests can be looted ad infinitum but the chest at the undersea organ seems to only be lootable once per account. Event large chests (the splendid ones at the end of zone events) reset, but I've never puzzled out exactly when they reset. Dragon chests (post dragon event) are lootable every time you participate. I've seen some form of cap on players or something though, since not everyone can see it when there are 400 people involved. |
