That way you'll get random traffic looking for a DL site. Or something. Just seems like you'd post on the frontpage that you got the demo and it's avaliable to download for F13.net forum goers. They all have to be fixed by hand. It'll take a while.

I have insufficient attention span to summon up strong feelings for or against the front page. I'll have you know some of my best friends are front pages. Don't get me wrong, I do occaisionally look at the front page (mostly when I'm trying to get back to the forum index and I click on the top left logo by accident), and when I do it seems like an entirely well behaved and appropriate front page. I'm probably reassured to know that there *is* a front page, and salute the efforts of those brave men and women who provide it; a front page seems like the sort of thing that ought to exist, it's good to know that this incarnation of our internet selves isn't merely an insignificant headless message board but part of a wider movement of sufficient significance to warrant someone hacking together some actual HTML. Calantus, demo forum above. But we're only putting demos in that we think are either interesting or fun. And yes, sites that are just forums are icky.
