Title: F13 Feeder League Masters Qualification Post by: eldaec on February 20, 2012, 05:33:20 PM Advance warning. Qualification for the second f13 masters tournament will go like this:
1st seed : Masters Champions 2nd seed : D&M Open Champions 3rd-8th seeds : Top 6 ranked teams belonging to a coach who has not qualified as Masters or Open champion, or with a higher placed team. Teams qualifying through feeder league ranking must have played at least ten matches in the feeder league. If qualification was right now (it isn't), Emperors would be in as 1st seed, the Open winners would be in as 2nd seed, then running down the feeder league we'd go... Emperors of the Pitch : Already qualified. The Viruses : Insufficient matches played. The Memerauders : Coach already qualified. Pro Elves for Hoes : 3rd seed. Ermine Vermin : 4th seed. Warriors of the Sun : 5th seed. Wormfeed : 6th seed. Tokyo Drftol : Insufficient matches played. All Good people : Insufficient matches played. Pound Pound Mantrain : Coach already qualified. Nerve Damage : Coach already qualified. Lesser Immortals : 7th seed. Sidewindin' Stars : 8th seed. Standby alternate teams would be : 1) The Explorers Club 2) Bridgeburners 3) Wilsons Beard Qualification will be assessed as serious business season 6 starts, not least to make sure anyone moving to the serious business league is not still in the rankings. Purpose of this post is to allow you to bitch about the ten match rule, and give plenty of time for qualifying matches to be played. Format will be two groups of 4, followed by a three match series for semi-finals and the final. The changes from last time are adding the open champs and adding a minimum games requirement to stop 4 game wonders outranking a team that has a more flushed out record over 20 games. Both were changes made following feedback. Title: Re: F13 Feeder League Masters Qualification Post by: carnifex27 on February 21, 2012, 05:07:47 AM The BridgeBurners are already trimmed down for eventual league play, but if anyone wants to hit me up I'm more than willing to try and get one of my other teams high enough to qualify.

Sure, where both would qualify by league ranking I can't see any problem with this. Picking a lower ranked team will result in a less favourable seeding, but that's not really a big deal. Title: Re: F13 Feeder League Masters Qualification Post by: eldaec on March 06, 2012, 11:49:27 AM With the Emperors somehow fluking their way to a feeder league grand slam, you can now just take the top 8, ignoring repeat coaches and those with < 10 games.
Current list would be... Emperors of the Pitch (or The Memerauders) Pro Elves for Hoes Ermine Vermin (or Nerve Damage) Wormfeed (or Pound Pound Mantrain) Warriors of the Sun Lesser Immortals Sidewindin' Stars The Explorers Club! ...you have until the start of season 6 to qualify. Mab's Malignancies will take the place of The Explorer's Club! if they can get one more game in (and maintain their ranking). If you are wondering why you are not on the list above, it is probably because you haven't played enough matches. You should post on the feeder league thread and play some blood bowl. Sure, sure. :oh_i_see: So. Do I get to kill any more rats this season? Title: Re: F13 Feeder League Masters Qualification Post by: eldaec on May 24, 2012, 11:54:23 AM Bumping as a reminder, qualification locks down when season 6 recruitment ends.
Current automatic qualification: The Emperors of the Pitch or The Memerauders f13 Pro Elves for Hoes Ermine Vermin or Nerve Damage Wormfeed or Pound Pound Mantrain Warriors of the Sun Lesser Immortals Sidewindin' Stars Sissyfaced Nancies Standby teams: Bridgeburners Wilsons Beard Going Forth by Day Title: Re: F13 Feeder League Masters Qualification Post by: Ingmar on May 24, 2012, 01:38:29 PM Hm, probably too late to get to 10 matches with All Good People now that I've decided not to use them for S6.
Title: Re: F13 Feeder League Masters Qualification Post by: eldaec on May 24, 2012, 02:12:50 PM Lamaros and Strazos despise their qualified teams, so Going Forth would probably get in with another win.
