Password: schild I don't see a limit on # of teams. There is no draft. It looks like your picks are a secret until game day. You can change your players every week. You get bonuses for sticking with a player over time so those who take players on winning teams will do better. If you cannot find the league by searching, then I have to do invites by email. I hope it doesn't come to that. Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: HaemishM on January 03, 2012, 11:07:05 AM In with Kilt Wavers.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: Nebu on January 03, 2012, 11:12:10 AM Team with the most Packers wins?
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: JWIV on January 03, 2012, 11:32:05 AM In as the Canton Ratbirds - god knows I can't do any worse than I did in regular fantasy.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: shiznitz on January 03, 2012, 11:43:59 AM Team with the most Packers wins? Not if you pick Packers this week.... Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: Cyrrex on January 03, 2012, 10:22:31 PM I'm in. Kinda wonder if a lot of the picks won't end up being close to identical. Of course, it often goes that way in Pick Em leagues, so oh well.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: shiznitz on January 04, 2012, 08:32:24 AM Only 5 people? C'mon guys! We had 28 plying FFL this year.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: Ruvaldt on January 04, 2012, 09:09:30 AM In as the Denton Despoilers.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: Paelos on January 06, 2012, 06:23:43 AM In as Paelos Picks.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: MuffinMan on January 06, 2012, 06:25:01 AM Invalids reporting in.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: luckton on January 10, 2012, 10:53:05 AM Eh, I'm a round late, but I'll give it a go.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: HaemishM on January 10, 2012, 11:02:19 AM Top points in week 1. Boo yah!
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: sickrubik on January 10, 2012, 11:02:37 AM Didn't see this before Week 1, but in for Week 2 as Grover Crows
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: shiznitz on January 10, 2012, 01:27:41 PM Top points in week 1. Boo yah! Given the point stacking mechanic, Haemish will be hard to beat. Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: HaemishM on January 10, 2012, 02:34:53 PM Well, I did take Brees out as my QB because he's going up against the Niners - though he will probably continue being a points buffet.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: JWIV on January 10, 2012, 06:52:02 PM I still stand in awe that somehow taking the Steelers defense vs TIM GOD DAMN TEBOW got me all of -2 points. Seriously, we're all actually dead now, and this is some type of bizarro world right?
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: HaemishM on January 11, 2012, 07:37:45 AM The apocalypse is even now flying to us on black wings of death.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: shiznitz on January 11, 2012, 09:43:53 AM I still stand in awe that somehow taking the Steelers defense vs TIM GOD DAMN TEBOW got me all of -2 points. I did the same thing. Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: Paelos on January 11, 2012, 11:01:06 AM Me too. Should have gone with the next best D, the Texans.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: shiznitz on January 17, 2012, 08:29:57 AM This game is mildly interesting, only because of the compounding power of sticking with a player. Nicks is worth 3x for me this weekend!
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: HaemishM on January 17, 2012, 08:47:43 AM Yeah, the points stacking mechanic gives it a nice twist. Of course, all but 2 of my players were eliminated, so I'm fucked.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: Paelos on January 17, 2012, 09:59:42 AM I think I have a good chance of winning unless the Giants and Pats advance.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: Cyrrex on January 18, 2012, 01:57:06 AM Had the Saints won last weekend, I think I might have ended up running away with this. Now? Too much of a motely crew left, and only three holdovers. And I'm not putting all my eggs in a basket (maybe I should...) so I won't get many holdovers for the SB round either.
Yes, kind of interesting after all, this. Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: shiznitz on January 23, 2012, 06:53:45 AM I am 79 points behind. I get 2x from Eli, 3x from Welker and 4x from Hakeem Nicks for SB 46.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: Paelos on January 23, 2012, 07:18:58 AM I think I have a good chance of winning unless the Giants and Pats advance. And... DONE Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: MuffinMan on February 05, 2012, 05:36:05 PM Damn, left my running back slots empty.
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: shiznitz on February 06, 2012, 05:54:02 AM The winner had 3 slots empty...
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: MuffinMan on February 06, 2012, 06:20:53 AM Why you gotta take away my excuses?
Title: Re: NFL.com Playoff Fantasy Game Post by: Cyrrex on February 06, 2012, 10:58:14 AM The winner had 3 slots empty... Yeah no idea how that happened. Shoulda been Bradshaw and Giants D...can't recall the last one. |
