Even though Obsidian's gotten better at the technical and gameplay sides of things, one still typically buys an Obsidian game for the writing, so an Obsidian game that Obsidian didn't write almost strikes me as a wasted effort.
I could still be good (or at least interesting, I suppose), since I still sort of like South Park and Stone and Parker can belt out a good script as long as they keep the libertarian wankery to a minimum. They essentially made a terrible version of Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, except they used the Dungeon Siege property for the "background" of a very bad console game.
