When I was pulling my desk out of storage, I found a slew of floppies in a box. Syndicate, System Shock 1, Ultima 7, Lost Treasures of Infocom, lots of great games in there. I spent a long time convincing him a mouse wasn't really that important.

I'm ever so slowly building a new PC with a i5 and 8GB RAM on a ASUS P7P55D board, and if that thing can't handle SS in DosBox then... well I guess I will give up for another three-to-five years. I had a lot of fun in System Shock, quite a bit of it due to the rollerskates. Can I go back? at work this past year IT sent out and email saying "bring us your floppys for back up or kiss them goodbye".
