A ridiculous story that is getting a lot of air time in Los Angeles. A woman purposely spilled over a hundred gallons of sewage from her RV in Venice. It wasn't cleaned up until reporters started investigating. The woman was jailed for 2 days and the government declined to press charges. Turns out there's a whole section of town where RVs park and dump their sewage into the street.
