And I know it works because Vu submitted thirty seconds before I did. :x I had the same problem when they did the Pax East deal. I ended up having to submit a ticket to their account support. It took them a few days to get back to me, but (assuming that they are still doing it this way) as long as you contact them while the deal is available they still honor it. You may need an active account with them, though (I had just restarted mine).
