Title: Microsoft Outlook Help
Post by: Paelos on January 06, 2005, 08:14:45 AM
One of my coworkers is having a problem with her signature on her reply emails. Apparently her signature is automatically showing up before her text instead of at the bottom. She's tried removing the sig, editing, and replacing it, but that isn't working. We ran through a battery of options changing the indentations and formats of the replies, but that doesn't help either. We ran a virus and spyware check to no avail. I'm out of ideas.

Suggestions?

Does it only happen for replies or for new messages as well?

What version of Outlook?

Oulook always automatically puts the signature up top.  It's just the way it formats replies.  You can either turn off automatic signatures and hit the sig button manually to throw it on the bottom, or try using this (http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/outlook-quotefix/), or possibly get them to use thunderbird if you aren't using oddball exchange stuff.
