I remember being initially turned off from Alyx for very minor reasons, hair, voice, etc, and then realized she wasn't the usual super-sexy bouncyboob ninjalluring computer whiz sharpshooter, and now all other female characters in video games pale by comparison. The women didn't have massive breasts, their waists weren't pencil thin, and female Shepard even had a bit of a belly instead of rock hard abs. Almost like they based their models on humans.
