She didn't try and attack it. tShe did get charged with tresspassing though.  :grin:

It didn't say she attacked the Polar bear, I just took a bit of a liberty with that part.  I mean, WHAT ELSE WAS SHE FUCKING THINKING.

Based on the pictures, it appears as though a rival female bear attempted to attack an alpha polar bear.

As far as I know she wanted to kuddle and play with them.

She is mentally ill as well.

I read an article a few months ago about the amount of people that try to get near zoo animals.  The number is much higher than one would think.  People are really fucking stupid, even more so when it comes to wild animals. 

Then there's the other side of it, like the guy who was killed by the big cat in the California zoo a year or two ago.  He and his buddies were supposedly fucking with the cat before it got out. 

The really sad part here is that I guarantee no lesson was learned.  Those bears were very obviously not trying to kill her from the video.  They were playing, as only a critter that weighs over a ton can.  If the one that bit her had wanted her dead, she'd be in two pieces.

The guy who was trying to convert a lion to Christianity is still my favorite.

If you search we discussed the lion here.  I remember something about how Lions and Christians are ancestral enemies.

I think it would have been most fitting if the bear that chomped on her was actually Knut.
