I was running around Bree, went in to a building, hung, logged out and now I hang at the initial loading screen. Should I not play on Brandywine or something?

Tells me the servers are blocked when I log in meaning there is an account issue, though it says I have an active account. Good introduction to the game, their service page sucks and I guess I'm stuck with Easter weekend minimum service. Most of WoW's population doesn't even know about LotRO and most of LotRO's population is explicitly not playing WoW.
