Title: Grim Fandango design document
Post by: Jobu on November 07, 2008, 10:44:54 AM
Saw this posted on Kotaku, thought I'd pass it along. Tim Schaefer posted the original design doc for Grim Fandango up on Double Fine's blog/news section.

http://www.doublefine.com/news.php/site/just_one_more_grim_thing/

You have to click the picture to load it up (it's a PDF). It's fun to read, and see what got cut out, and to remember how completely awesome that game was.

I'll play this game, one of these days. I just hope it's not too dated :)

It's aged wonderfully IMO, still absolutely fantastic and something I'll always go back and play every year or two.

I am not seeing the PDF download.

I guess Kotaku mirrored (http://cache.kotaku.com/assets/resources/2008/GrimPuzzleDoc_small.pdf.zip) it, if the Double Fine site is down or something.
