In case some of you haven't noticed, we've changed servers. It was pretty seamless but Sunday & Monday (14th and 15th) we'll be doing the DNS changes. That seemed to go incredibly smoothly. Did you change anything else other than the front page?

Hm. Well, we migrated all the databases and synced every few hours on the forums. Started to redirect to the ip address of the new site so even if your isp hadn't updated it's dns listings you'd still go to the new page. We're just good like that. We can't help it.

Smoothly? Well I guess it did in terms of the server not being down that I noticed, but for a few days the forum link on the front page didn't work. I didn't say anything because I thought it would have been noticed and didn't want to be a pain. Although I'm being a pain now so I'll stop talking. :P

I don't like the way anything looks anymore.  What's with the BIG?  It all annoys me, now... much in the same way that giant legos annoy me.

Is there a way to make the ugly topic status icons go away? Black and white is nice and unintrusive, bright neon yellow and red ain't so.

Like I mentioned before, if you are browsing on a 19" or above LCD with 1600x1200 or higher resolution, you can't even see if there's no posts in a topic. This fixes that problem. We'll look into another template in the coming week(s)?

When I say 19" or above LCD, I mean top of the line Dells and whatnot.

So many people fear change. I only fear Canadian change.

Oh, I don't know.  I saw his name in the 'who's online' thingy and it was green.  I figured he was suddenly a mod and thought I'd stir up some trouble.

Heh, well, just click Mods where it lists the moderator for each forum. There's your list.   I think Shock's just here to help with the code.  Some old mods where taken out due to inactivity/irrelevance.

Aren't you some kind of mod now, too?  Why are all the mods ganging up on me?  Why do they taunt me with their fancy name colours?

Yep.  I have a modicum of evil power now. I'm not sure it's intended, but I can moderate posts now (confined to the general forums).  I can't ban or grief title anyone, which is for the best.  

If it makes you feel better, I'm somewhat red/green colorblind.  So, to me, it's just a fancy greyish color.

Knowing that you have a genetic weakness does make me feel better.
