Today is the 30th anniversary of the day Jimmy Carter signed the law that allowed home brewing to legally exist. So, Happy Anniversary to you guys!

It was made in Kiln, MS (yes, Brett Favre's home town) with Pecans. It's called Last Magnolia Southern Pecan, a pecan nut brown ale. It was decent.

Left it too long and it all got alcoholic, which he didn't realise until halfway through the last-day-of-term drinking of said home-brewed ginger beer by all the kids (aged 8-10 I think).
Of course they all got utterly legless and was only through extreme luck that he managed to keep his job :P |
