The other 10% was upgrading the doors and guards to "hahahahaha what" levels.

We got absolutely nothing for doing it other than having our name on the map. All was well. The next day I noticed that the keep had been "Relinquished" even though it wasn't under attack or anything. I went back to recapture it but when I tried to use my standard on it I got the message that my standard was busy claiming an objective. So.. no keep is claimed and my standard is tied up "claiming" a keep. I sent in a ticket. 4 days later, nothing. I go to the guild bank. We had well over 200 gold in it. New total. Zero. Another officer puts in a ticket and after a very extended amount of time a customer service rep comes out to talk to him.
