Pifft. Recently installed Fall From Heaven 2, I'm good. You let me know how it goes, though. One of the reasons i like this one so much, is its so streamlined. Its really quite nice. Your point being? I have no problem finding online games with my PS3 version of Civ. Title: Re: Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution - PlayStation 3, Who wants some?!? Post by: Oz on August 28, 2008, 02:54:40 PM Quote I have no problem finding online games with my PS3 version of Civ I have to agree for almost any game i own. With the big exception of Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3. There is NEVER anyone one, which is sad... Title: Re: Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution - PlayStation 3, Who wants some?!? My point was just like with GTA 4 there are probably more people on here that own it for the 360 than own it for the PS3. Unless of course it was released on PSN. Worksux79 is my gamertag. Title: Re: Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution - PlayStation 3, Who wants some?!? Post by: Oz on August 29, 2008, 01:04:56 PM yeah, it came out on PSN, which is good because i prefer my PS3, over the 360.

I had the PC version, but I'm thinking about getting the Mac version.... Yet, this console version looks pretty spiffy too. I only want to buy one for now. I know I'd get more mods on a computer, but what does this bring to the table? Title: Re: Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution - PlayStation 3, Who wants some?!? I know I'd get more mods on a computer, but what does this bring to the table? Streamlined, less micro management, more combat, faster matches. Same Civilization at its core as its predecessors, just a more streamlined approach. There is a demo on the PS3 store. I hate short Civ matches.

I hate short Civ matches. Yes? I mean, that's kinda up to the player really. However, what i mean by faster, shorter matches, is that with out all the micromanagement, and the swiftness of the UI and controller scheme, it goes a lot faster. sure, you can sit there and subjugate others all you want lol. It is overall shorter, but this is coming from someone who has done 14 hour multi-player LAN civ matches (and other RTS) before. |
