The last thing I saw from CNN was that the hospital finally confirmed he was a patient and people on the scene of the accident said he was conscious and even joked a bit when they were cutting him out of the car. I hope all is okay.

I like big city hospitals. Maybe its silly but i feel "safer" with the medical desicions made there... And it wasn't in Natchez. Natchez seemed all kinds of old money. it was Natchez "area" about 30 miles east of natchez. We did drive up highway...19? i think. my wife was trying to find some tiny villages where old bluesmen were born. sweet of her, didn't find shit though. except poverty and destitution.
