It's not a bad read. Far better than Ultimates 1 IMO.

PM sent.  Yeah, I don't mind getting the second book.  I've been meaning to buy the whole Ultimate series in TPB anyways, so any issue is good with me ;).  I've personally loved the whole thing so far, even if the second series was REALLY epic/extreme in its scope.  I think its a fucking crime they delayed the end and the whole series so long by diverting resources away from it to their other shitty projects.

The Ultimates is my one of my favorite series that has came out in the last few years. Read Ultimates 2 first and went back and read the first series while I was waiting for them to finally finish the second. In fact, I don't think I ever even picked up the last issue of Ultimates 2 it was taking so long to come out.

Has anyone been reading Ultimates 3? Looks like they were taking the series into a different direction, maybe it was just Madureira's style that made me think that.
