I'll be buying a HDD from this store (their B&M one). Is this the one to go for? If not, which? notes: Prices in Aussie dollars, these guys are actually super-competitive by .au standards, warranty, etc etc. Title: Re: I need more HDD space. What's this one like? Post by: Trippy on April 13, 2008, 04:22:56 AM It's a brand new model so reports are still trickling in on it. WD is my preferred HD brand of choice at the moment. They finally got around to making their drives quiet to go along with their top notch performance. Seagate drives, in comparison, seem to get slower with each revision.
