Freshly mined.  The video has like 140 hits.

That was painful. I lasted about 5 seconds.

This fucking idiot teenager rocking out with a fucking pentagram drawn on his head?  The total and crushing lack of irony?  This is the funniest fucking thing in the world.

I too miss the humor in this. Just really annoying.

I found it funny.  I didn't turn on the sound tho, maybe that helps.

I enjoyed it.  Thank you for reaffirming that I didn't suck that bad in high school.

So that's what Mudvayne sounds like? Man, they suck.

Why's Starbuck wearing all that makeup?

I don't get it.  I guess I was too busy getting drunk, playing in bar bands, or having sex to enjoy such things when I was younger.

I have no problem with makeup. Really, I don't!  No problem with rockin out either. Do it all the time. Something about this particular type of metal kid makes me shake my head though. It's not just mudvayne fans... I remember back in the day, early 90's highschool, the metal kids were so deranged that they'd spend their days at lunch running each others' heads into a brick wall. I swear, every day, like clockwork. They were retarded then, they're retarded now.

Get rid of the need for attention, the ridiculous clothing, the makeup, the desire to have any sort of photographic evidence of the time, and the overacting, that kid is pretty close to me in high school.

Course, I still like that song.  Just not with kids freaking out to it.  Good for working out.

I just imagine the kid painting that fucking star on his forehead thinking "Yeah, this is gonna RULE!" and fall over laughing.

I've decided that they key to making this funny would be parody videos of it.  Some guy painted up with a pentagram on his head rocking out to Strawberry Fields Forever, for instance.  Facial expressions and all.

Unfortunately (fortunately, for me), I have neither the paint nor the webcam to be able to do it myself.

Not funny imo.

Also, End of All Things to Come is a better album imo. Their rhythm section is sooo great.

Why bother dressing up when you can just replace the sound on the existing video?

Because he's mouthing the words.  You have to get the rhythm and everything right for it to be funny.

That totally makes me want to dig up the video I made where I painted my face and headbanged to Blondie's Rapture for ten minutes.

Did GD just come out as a drag queen?

 :golfclap:

I think I was making a statement about the proclivities of someone who would paint their face and behave this way.

I have a picture of myself where I used eyeshadow to colour my face blue and make angry faces at the camera.

I was 7.

I have a picture of myself at 16 with facepaint on, black lipstick, the works.

It was Halloween.
