I think that queue only pops up after a node crash -- I think it's to prevent everyone from logging in at once to an unstable node. I've seen a queue with 15k pilots online, and not seen one with 35k+ online.Wait ten minutes and log back in. Title: Re: Queue.. really? Crap. Post by: Reg on February 12, 2008, 12:33:43 AM Yeah I think the queue number is just a glitch most of the time. If you leave the client running it refreshes itself after a couple of minutes and the queue number usually disappears.
Although I hate leaving the client running when it's asking for userid/password. When it's in that state it sucks the life out of my PC. As soon as I actually sign on it calms right down. Very odd. Title: Re: Queue.. really? Crap. Post by: Hoax on February 12, 2008, 09:16:12 AM I've never had the queue mean anything, it often tells me 1k+ on Saturday/Sunday and I usually can log in instantly. My roommate said he couldn't log in & when I went to look at his screen I logged him in instantly. Also don't log out in Jita.
Title: Re: Queue.. really? Crap. Post by: JoeTF on February 12, 2008, 10:24:39 AM There is no queue, it's a bug. Simply restart your client.

Oh yeah I learned that a while ago, login in Jita and not everything loads and you have to restart. Really sucks. I wasn't in Jita, but was hunting down wardec targets when things started dissapearing on my UI. Turns out they didn't really disappear but had done that fucking annoying "attach myself to a random window" thing, which is why I couldn't find them. Thanks for the info about the queue though, I'll give it a shot next time. Title: Re: Queue.. really? Crap. Post by: Lt.Dan on February 12, 2008, 09:38:01 PM Dude, it's que...
