What was loading was slow as shit, and most things just wouldn't load. So I just played Metroid and watched Heroes and it was fixed. Hell, their help phone line had waits in excess of 60 minutes. What I hate about it was that they will never tell you what the problem was, or who caused it.

EDIT: I heard about this earlier today from a coworker and after reading the article it seems like it was a DNS problem. I happen to not use the AT&T DNS servers, rather I use OpenDNS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenDNS).
