Music is by Sakimoto and Fukui, who are just fucking fantastic. Sakimoto did do the XII soundtrack though. Character designer is obviously different (full 3D to full 2D characters is a big change, the FFTA guy is handling that). The producer is good as well.
It was also rebalanced for America to be, get this, MORE difficult. It's an RTS title at heart, and Japan doesn't know shit about them in their console world while america is all like, FF Final Fantasy Keke ^_^. |
